An interdisciplinary computer engineer with technical and scientific research skills. Result-oriented software developer offering extensive experience in data science, machine learning, grid computing, statistical analysis, system administration with expertise in multiple programming languages and databases.
Research Software Developer
Building computational tools, dashboards, GUI and analysis frameworks for scientists to enhance both large scale and small scale experiments at CERN.
Passionate About Science
Statistical Data Analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data to find anomalies and signatures in multiple scientific fields: astronomy, high energy physics, environment and global health.
Sustainable Design and Innovation
Designing eco-friendly and economical products, software and services to support diversity and inclusivity and for the socio-economic good of under-represented groups of people.
Engineering Solutions
Interdisciplinary and cutting edge solutions to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals specifically: zero poverty, health and well being, gender equity and climate change.
I’m a Computer Scientist at CMS Offline Computing, at CERN, Switzerland. I manage, analyse and support the European grid sites of the WorldWide Computing Grid for production and analysis of the detector data.
Previously, I was a Technical Student at AWAKE, and had an immersive experience in the world of High Energy Physics. I helped the physicists in my team and developed a remote control magnet software application for the electron beam line for long term and consistent monitoring.
My experiences and efforts in my past and current research projects have stemmed out from uniting multiple disciplines, and an internal desire to build things that make this world a better place for everyone.
Scientific Collaborations Across The World
Particle Detector
The Compact Muon Solenoid detects particle collisions. The experiment is designed to capture and observe any new physics phenomena at the LHC.
Linear Particle Accelerator
AWAKE is a particle accelerator and increases the energy of the particles. It achieved the first ever acceleration of electrons in a proton-driven plasma wave.
Particle Physics
Physicists and engineers from around the world use the most complex scientific instruments and one of the largest machines to study the smallest particles.
